SHIPPING AND RETURNS
How much is shipping?
Our shipping options are:
- US Standard Shipping: $8.80 Standard shipping within 3-4 business days via UPS Ground.
- US Express Shipping: $15.00 Express shipping within 1-2 business days via UPS 2DA.
- International Shipping: Ships via DHL for $42.00 and delivery time will vary across countries. Estimated time is about 2 weeks.
We offer free US Standard Shipping with orders $250 or above.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or store credit. Customers are responsible for shipping fees.
In order for returns to be accepted, rings must be in new condition. This means:
- Security tag intact
- No scratches on gold band
- No scratches on stones
- No missing stones
- No deformation of the band

What is your exchange policy?
We hope that you love your rings, but understand sometimes it could take more than one attempt to get that perfect match. Orders may be exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date.
Exchanges are processed as returns meaning the current item must be returned and a new order processed.
In order for exchanges to be accepted, rings must be in new condition. This means:
- Security tag intact
- No scratches on gold band
- No scratches on stones
- No missing stones
- No deformation of the band
How do I start an exchange?

How long does a refund take?
Once your return is accepted (tag intact, no scratches or damages), your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Take note that Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable and a $6.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows “Delivered”. Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once the order is confirmed, we are not able to cancel an order. Once you receive your order, proceed to make a return (described above) and once we receive the rings we will gladly process a full refund.
Can I change my order after I've placed it?
Unfortunately, once the order is confirmed, we are not able to change an order. We are more than happy to process an exchange once you have received your items.
PAYMENT
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all credit cards, Paypal, ShopPay, and Klarna.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Depending on where you live, you might be subject to extra duties and taxes. These will be reflected at checkout so that there are no surprises.
Do you have any promo codes?
We don’t have always promo codes. We will only have promotions on special occasions, which you will see advertised on the homepage and via our mailing list. Stay tuned and look out for our next special gifting season!
Can I use multiple promo codes on my order?
You can only redeem one promo code per order. It is not possible to add 2 or more voucher codes to your order at checkout.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
RING SIZING
How do I find out my ring size?
The most reliable method to determine your ring size is to use a ring sizer. Qori has ring sizers available for purchase.
If you don’t have a ring sizer yet, refer to our Size guide for a quick at-home method to determine your ring size.
The stacking ring I want to buy is not offered in my size.
We are a small business and jewelry is a big investment, therefore we are starting with only a few common sizes. It is our goal to scale up to the point where we can be able to offer all inclusive sizes in the near future (including those gorgeous pinky rings).
You can resize stacking rings with the help of our skilled jeweler partners, we offer $40 resizing. Just add resizing to cart and let us know the new size in the comments when you place your order.
The statement ring I want to buy is sold out, or not offered in my size.
We want our statement rings to be as unique as possible. We also believe in reducing waste, including left over inventory. And we want our customers to love their rings and purchase exactly what they want. This is why, for statement rings, we offer "Made-to-Order".
If customers are willing to wait the 12-week lead time for the perfect ring, we are more than happy to produce a Made-to-Order ring for them.
I bought the wrong ring size.
We offer $40 resizing. If you decide that you want to resize your ring, let us know at hello@qori.nyc and and we will provide you with next steps on how to proceed with the resizing order. Once the ring is the perfect fit, it does become final sale.
Otherwise, as long as you have not removed the security tag, we are happy to do an exchange for the right size (if its in stock) within 30 days of purchase. Go to the SHIPPING AND RETURNS section in this FAQ to learn how to process an exchange.

We want our statement rings to be as unique as possible. We also believe in reducing waste, including left over inventory. And we want our customers to love their rings and purchase exactly what they want. This is why, for statement rings, we offer "Made-to-Order".
If customers are willing to wait the 12-week lead time for the perfect ring, we are more than happy to produce a Made-to-Order ring for them.
I need to get my ring repaired.
We offer free repairs within our 100-day product warranty with our NYC jeweler partner. Shipping and handling fees for repairs will be covered for customers based in the USA only. Email us at hello@qori-nyc.com to arrange your repair.
If you wish to initiate a repair after your 100-day product warranty has expired, we are happy to work with our jewelry team. Please contact us at hello@qori-nyc.com with your order number and photos of the piece for an initial estimate of the repair fee, shipping, and handling fees.
